CNC Machinist Level III Under minimal supervision, sets up and operates CNC (computer numerical controlled) machinery to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts.
ZRODelta Customer Support and Assembler Under minimal supervision perform highly diversified duties to assemble, provide input on quality and assist with customer service on firearm accessories and parts.
Maintenance Technician Under minimal supervision perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Manufacturing Manager Coordinate, plan and manage all manufacturing/production processes and personnel.
Welder Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.
Material Handler Under minimal supervision, load, unload, and move materials within or near yard, shop, and/or warehouse.
Shipping/Receiving Clerk Under minimal supervision, performs all duties related to the receiving and shipment of product.
Powder Coater-Painter Individual will use various painting techniques that will include but are not limited to powder coat, wet paint spraying, Cerakote, hydro dip and several other techniques on various materials. Material preparation such as sand blasting, cleaning, dipping, masking, among other techniques is required.
ZRODelta CAD/CAM Programmer Creates drawings and CNC programs using the provided CAD/CAM software. Should be familiar with FANUC based G-Code/M-Code and be able to perform post-process editing. Being able to determine the manufacturing process of a new product from the fixture/work holding stage to the finished product is essential.
